Organizations need to select, introduce, and implement important changes to their business in a structured way so that the right changes are introduced in an orderly way. To implement these changes successfully, organizations have adopted the so-called “program management” (e.g., multiple interdependence projects with an overall goal) approach, instead of a single large project approach, to achieve high-quality outcomes.
